Return Policy

We really hope that you are delighted with your purchase, however if you wish to return any item(s) from your order, you are entitled to return the item(s) within 14 days of purchase.

All items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition that they were delivered to you. Gigi Sebastian Home will not be able to offer an exchange or refund if the items are not in re-saleable condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Please note that a restocking fee may apply to furniture items which have been assembled by our delivery team and the packaging removed. The restocking fee is calculated at up to 25% of the value of the item. This is because the item can only be resold as a return once the original packaging has been removed. 

Please contact us at info@gigisebastianhome.ie to start the returns process. Please provide us with your order number and the details of the item(s) you would like to return and we will advise you of the next steps. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items. We recommend you use a tracked service when sending your return and keep hold of the tracking number until we have confirmed receipt of your return. 

Refunds for orders which are successfully returned in re-saleable condition will be returned via the original payment method and may take up to 14 days to be received. If you have not received your refund after this period, please contact us at info@gigisebastianhome.ie and we will look into it.
